Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
- When you email us: your email address and what you write, so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
- When you visit: our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic details of each request, such as the page and your browser, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site securely.
The site has no forms or accounts for visitors, so that is all we collect.
Cookies
We only use one cookie, which the site needs to work, so we don't ask for consent for it:
- NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you're reading in.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else handles your data
We use a few service providers to run the site. They process data only on our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts the site and handles every request, including your IP address.
- Our email provider, which stores the emails you send us.
Vercel is a US company. Transfers to it are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Some fonts on this site are loaded from Fontshare, run by Indian Type Foundry. When your browser fetches them, Fontshare receives your IP address.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept as long as the conversation needs them. After that we keep only what the law requires us to, for example for tax purposes, and delete the rest. Our hosting provider keeps its request logs only for a short time, under its own retention rules.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Write to partnerships@myestateos.io and we'll answer within one month.
If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es (opens in a new tab).
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
